Colon McLean is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for The Warranty Group, accountable for driving global human resources strategy and execution including talent management, compensation, recognition and rewards, and recruiting.

Prior to joining The Warranty Group, Colon was senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Career Education Corporation, and has held senior human resources roles at Duke Energy, DCP Midstream and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Colon is a member of the board of directors of the HR Management Association of Chicago. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Wingate University and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
