The Warranty Group - European Management Team

John Serafin is senior vice president of The Warranty Group and currently oversees the company's strategic interests in India. Prior to this role, Mr. Serafin was the chief risk officer of The Warranty Group and its underwriting companies, Virginia Surety Company and London General Insurance Company where he oversaw enterprise risk; including strategic, operational, external, financial and data and physical operations. In addition, he was responsible for the company's real estate requirements, shared services and expense controls.

Mr. Serafin's 35 year career with The Warranty Group also included numerous leadership roles including executive vice president of Aon Warranty Group, Virginia Surety Company, and London General Insurance and senior vice president, director of planning and chief information officer.

Mr. Serafin is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
