Laurie A. Hubbard is senior vice president, global tax director of The Warranty Group, Inc., with responsibility for all global tax functions including planning, accounting and compliance.

Before joining The Warranty Group, Laurie served as vice president, director of tax at Symetra Financial Corporation, where she was responsible for all aspects of taxation. She has held tax leadership positions with several organizations including Aegon (acquisition of Transamerica), Transamerica Corp. and General Motors Corp.

Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University, a master’s of science-taxation degree from Walsh College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
