The Warranty Group - European Management Team

Tom Kilian is executive vice president, operations for The Warranty Group, responsible for all global IT infrastructure, operations, and strategy.

Prior to The Warranty Group, Tom was president, traditional division and head of distribution for Universal American, where he managed their traditional insurance businesses as well as their career and independent insurance distribution.

Tom has extensive global operating and information technology experience in both insurance and financial services industries, as well as a successful history of aligning major business processes with strategic corporate objectives. His experience includes acting as the COO/CIO during a merger of 38 insurance companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Notre Dame University.
