Teri Cotton Santos is senior vice president, chief compliance and risk officer of The Warranty Group, Inc., with responsibility for all global compliance and enterprise risk management functions.

Before joining The Warranty Group, Teri served as senior vice president, chief ethics and compliance officer at Career Education Corporation (CEC), where she created and implemented the company's first comprehensive ethics and compliance program. Her career also encompassed a 14-year tenure with Eli Lilly and Company as a litigation, compliance and risk counselor, which included serving as general counsel of the company's Asian operations.

Teri holds a BA degree from Wellesley College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law.
