Mr. Wagner is the executive vice president and global chief underwriting and actuarial officer of The Warranty Group, Inc., with responsibility for the global underwriting and Actuary functions within the organization.
Mr. Wagner brings nearly 25 years’ experience to the role having previously held a variety of postions at Amerisure Insurance Company including both Chief Actuary and Chief Underwriting Officer. He also provided actuarial services to Fortune 500 companies as an actuarial consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.
He has served on several not for profit boards including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and JCYS (Chicago).
Mr. Wagner earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Michigan in 1991. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
