GAP
Few things can be more devastating to a motorist than experiencing a total vehicle loss. Our Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) program gives your customers security knowing that if a retail installment sales contract or lease contract ends because of a total loss or unrecovered automobile theft, they may be eligible for benefits.
GAP provides coverage to your customers as an insurance product or as a waiver to their retail installment sales contract or lease contract as dictated by state laws. GAP pays the difference between the amount the customer owes the lender and the value of the vehicle as determined by the physical damage carrier or the NADA retail value of the vehicle, whichever is greater.

Certified pre-owned
In the world of warranties and service contracts for used vehicles, certified pre-owned programs are driving more sales every day. While OEM programs are effective, their cost/benefit ratios don't always measure up. QCertified was developed with the input of dealers wanting more control over the process and pricing of their CPO vehicles.
Utilizing a turnkey approach, Resource Automotive software provides window stickers, FTC Buyer's Guides and vehicle brochures. Five program options are available with our "5-Star" package being the most extensive program, covering all new and used vehicles. All QCertified programs feature an automated fulfillment process. Some of the many benefits available with QCertified packages are emergency roadside assistance, trip interruption, tire hazard, and rental.

Prepaid maintenance
Prepaid maintenance programs assure that your customers' vehicles are well maintained and that they return to you for service, driving your critical customer pay revenue. There is no deductible with DriverPlus, and with two plans available, all new and used vehicles shown in the rate book are eligible with no age or mileage restrictions. Services include changing of engine oil, engine oil filter, lubrication, inspection services, and tire rotation.
