Strict adherence to state and federal regulations is not simply an option for your dealership. More than 6,500 F&I class action lawsuits were filed from 2007 to 2009. Ninety percent of these were the results of the same seven oversights. These "Seven Deadly Sins of F&I" are addressed in-depth in our industry-leading training.
Resource Automotive Compliance and Ethics Training delivers intuitive and measurable compliance and ethics programs to suit your specific needs. We provide compliance training and education in finance, sales, and office management, leading your dealership to meet or exceed compliance guidelines. Our 3-phase process includes workshops, a videotaped session, and assistance in the development of an F&I mission or policy statement, customized for your operation.
Our one day CE3 (compliance and ethics) workshop caters to general managers, sales managers, F&I Personnel, office managers, and controllers. Classes take place at client locations and up to 20 participants attend per session. Your staff will take part in interactive and in-depth lessons covering Money Laundering Statutes, IRS Cash Reporting, F&I and the Law, and Selling with Integrity.
